Bucharest tree collapse damages four cars and a scooter

A large green poplar tree collapsed on a street in Bucharest's Sector 6, damaging four cars and one scooter. No injuries were reported during the incident.

Local authorities from the Sector 6 City Hall stated that the tree was not dry and fell along with its roots without the trunk breaking. Technical investigations are underway to determine the exact cause of the collapse. Officials noted that all previously authorized pruning and clearing works in the area had been completed.

The City Hall has pledged to assist affected property owners by providing guidance through the legal procedures required to recover damages.
