Organized by the Budapest Jewish Community under President Tamás Mester, the festival includes performances by the long‑standing Budapest Klezmer Band, guest musicians from the Slovak Preßburger Klezmer Band, and the ClassJazz Band. Highlights include the play “Mai Eszterek és a bibliai Eszterek nyomában” on September 7 at the Rumbach Street synagogue, a Hungarian‑Slovak musical meeting on August 31 at the Dohány Street synagogue with singer Piroska Molnár, and a concert titled “Tiltott szerelem” on September 2 featuring Ádám Bősze, Adél Jordán and Ernő Fekete. Additional events take place in Pécs, such as Iván Kamarás’s debut show on September 6, and a tribute concert for József Romhányi on September 6 at the Gyula Hegedűs Street synagogue.
