Budva to host INFOFEST 2026 digital transformation festival

Budva is set to host INFOFEST from September 27 to 30, serving as a regional hub for digital transformation and technological development. The event will bring together leaders from the ICT, telecommunications, banking, and public administration sectors.

The central theme for this edition is ‘Human in the Loop,’ which examines the boundaries between automated technology and essential human judgment. INFOFEST director Miloš Savić emphasized that the festival aims to move beyond discussing the possibilities of artificial intelligence to understanding its practical applications and the responsibilities humans maintain in its use.

Key speakers include Marie Anne Lise Tan from UNESCO, who will discuss public administration transformation, and Tvrtko Stošić from Avaya. The program features various panels covering digital public services, security, education, and media, with participation confirmed from numerous regional and international companies.
