Buenos Aires expands agricultural trade and development initiatives
Javier Rodríguez, the Minister of Agrarian Development for the Province of Buenos Aires, is advancing initiatives to strengthen agricultural production and commercial ties. In Corrientes, Rodríguez met with producers and signed agreements with five municipalities to facilitate the integration of regional products into Buenos Aires markets, building on previous cooperation between the governors of both provinces.
Rodríguez also led the first Local Agrarian Development Table at the Gorina Experimental Station. This initiative aims to foster collaboration between producers, universities, scientific organizations, and municipalities. The program focuses on institutionalizing research and development in areas such as genetic improvement, sustainable production, and the application of new technologies to the agricultural sector.
