Argentina provinces deliver hundreds of new homes to families

Provincial authorities in Argentina are advancing multiple housing initiatives. In the Chaco towns of Beazley and Fraga, construction of 20 homes continues, with work on water, sewage, electrical wiring and finishing stages reported.

Governor Leandro Zdero of Chaco oversaw the delivery of new homes in Resistencia’s Chacra 214, noting that more than 5,000 property titles have been issued during his tenure and promising further units, credit schemes and lot services.

In Buenos Aires Province, Governor Axel Kicillof and Bahía Blanca Mayor Federico Susbielles handed over 44 newly built houses, launched 17 new police patrol cars and distributed 526 property deeds. The project, built by the Cooperativa 15 de Diciembre, totals an investment of 13.4 billion pesos and includes plans to reactivate 36 additional homes halted by the national government. Together, these actions aim to expand homeownership and improve public safety across the region.
