Buenos Aires hosts 15th Feria de Editores with 330 publishers in August 2026

The 15th edition of the Feria de Editores (FED) will take place from Thursday 6 to Sunday 9 August 2026 at the Art Media complex in the Chacarita neighbourhood of Buenos Aires. Entry is free but visitors must obtain a QR code in advance, a measure explained by co‑founder Victor Malumián to better track attendance. Over 330 independent publishing houses from Argentina and seven other countries – Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru, Uruguay and Spain – will exhibit works ranging from narrative and poetry to graphic novels, illustrated books, social‑science titles and journalism.

International guests include Mexican writer‑publisher Socorro Venegas, singer‑songwriter Julieta Venegas, French author Violaine Bérot, Uruguayan authors Tamara Silva Bernaschimna and Erika Paula Curbelo, Brazilian essayist Felipe Charbel and Mexican editor‑translator Jacobo Zanella. Argentine participants feature writers and editors such as Mauricio Kartún, Martín Kohan, Clara Obligado, Florencia Garramuño and Ricardo Romero. The programme also offers public talks, a special interview with playwright Mauricio Kartún and a 50 % discount for libraries and bookstores on Thursday and Friday.
