Buenos Aires launches research call for public health professionals

The Buenos Aires Province Ministry of Health and the Commission of Scientific Investigations (CIC) have launched a call for applications for health professionals working in the provincial public health system to become ‘Associated Researchers in Health’.

Registration is open from October 15 to November 16. The initiative aims to strengthen the link between the scientific and sanitary systems by promoting research based on the specific health issues of the province. This recognition is not an entry into the Researcher Career, nor does it modify the professional's current employment status, salary, or workload.

Eligible applicants must be permanent staff with research activity in the provincial public health system. The program provides access to scientific project funding, opportunities to publish in scientific journals, and participation in training and cooperation networks. The recognition has an initial duration of three years with the possibility of renewal.
