Buenos Aires to host major book fairs in July and August

The 34th Feria del Libro Infantil will open in Buenos Aires on July 17, with free public access from July 11 through August 2 at the Centro de Convenciones. The children's book fair will occupy over 3,000 m², host more than 70 stands, workshops, music, theatre and professional sessions for educators and industry workers.

The 15th Feria de Editores (FED) will take place from August 6‑9 at C Art Media, gathering over 330 independent publishers from Argentina and other Spanish‑language countries. FED will offer a free‑book giveaway, a blood‑donation campaign, discounts for bookstores and special hours for libraries, plus concerts and a celebration on August 8.

Both events aim to promote reading, support the publishing sector and provide cultural activities for the public.
