Bugatti restores unique polished aluminum Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse
Bugatti has completed a full refurbishment of a one-of-one Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse, chassis 8. 100. The vehicle is distinguished by a body made entirely of polished aluminum, creating a mirror-like exterior finish.
Originally built in 2014, the car was reportedly the most expensive Veyron ever produced at the time. The restoration was conducted through Bugatti’s ‘La Maison Pur Sang’ program, which aims to certify authenticity and restore historical and modern models to their original specifications. The process involved removing aftermarket personalizations and meticulously polishing the aluminum to its original state.
The supercar features an 8.0-liter quad-turbo W16 engine producing 1,183 horsepower, capable of reaching speeds of 254 mph. The interior is finished in Carmine Red leather with accents of exposed carbon fiber and polished aluminum. The vehicle is currently located in the French Riviera.
