Bulgaria power outages scheduled for Targovishte and Varna regions

Planned electricity outages and disruptions are scheduled for several regions in Bulgaria due to urgent maintenance and infrastructure repairs.

In the Targovishte region, outages are scheduled for October 1, 2026. Affected areas include various villages within the Antonovo, Popovo, and Omurtag municipalities, such as Razdeltsi, Dobrotitsa, and Sredishte. Some areas, including parts of the city of Targovishte and villages like Kralevo and Slavnovo, will experience disruptions extending into October 2.

In the Varna region, maintenance activities are scheduled between September 28 and October 2, 2026. Planned outages will affect several locations, including Kipra, Stefan Karadja, Voyvodino, Momchilovo, and parts of Valchi Dol. To minimize the impact, the utility provider will implement phased shutdowns of specific network branches to ensure not all customers are without power simultaneously.
