Balkan weather forecast shows transition to cooler, unstable conditions
Weather patterns across Bulgaria, Croatia, and Serbia indicate a transition toward cooler, more unstable conditions following a period of warmth.
In Bulgaria, much of the country is experiencing sunny and warm weather, with temperatures reaching between 24°C and 32°C, particularly in the southwest and along the Black Sea coast. However, a cold atmospheric front is expected to arrive early next week, bringing increased cloud cover, wind, and rain, which will cause temperatures to drop significantly to between 15°C and 22°C.
Croatia is seeing variable weather with localized rain and thunderstorms, especially in Dalmatia and inland regions like Međimurje. While some areas face instability, sunny periods are expected to follow. A notable temperature shift is forecasted for the coming week, with cooler air expected to arrive mid-week.
In Serbia, the forecast remains mostly sunny and warm with highs reaching up to 32°C. Similar to its neighbors, Serbia is also anticipating a gradual decline in temperatures and increased cloudiness starting next week.
