Bullfighting Event Scheduled in Santoña for September 8

The municipality of Santoña announced that a bullfighting event will take place on Tuesday, 8 September, at 18:00 as part of the Virgen del Puerto patron saint festivities. The bullring will feature three matadors – El Cid, Manuel Escribone, and Jesús Enrique Colombo – who will fight six bulls bred by Antonio Bañuelos. The announcement was made by mayor Jesús Gullart and councilor Vanesa San Emeterio during a ceremony at the town hall, with other local officials and the event organizer in attendance.

The event is one of the main attractions of the town's annual celebrations and is expected to draw residents and visitors for the traditional spectacle.
