Burger festivals in Mato Grosso and Mato Grosso do Sul attract thousands

The 10th edition of Burger Fest MT took place from May 21 to 24 at Cuiabá's Arena Pantanal, featuring more than 35 participating burger vendors, live music, a kids' area and free entry and parking. Organized around a World Cup theme, the festival offered over 60 burger varieties with prices starting at R$ 25 and hosted contests such as a ten‑minute eating challenge and a “Best Burger” competition.

Meanwhile, the largest hamburger festival in Mato Grosso do Sul is scheduled for the Altos da Afonso Peña venue, promising to draw thousands of visitors. Organisers highlight the event as the state's premier burger gathering, showcasing a wide range of smash‑style burgers and other meat‑centric dishes.
