Burkina Faso groups donate resources to presidential initiatives

Various groups in Burkina Faso are contributing resources to presidential initiatives, specifically the Faso Mêbo project and health-focused presidential programs.

In the Yaadga region, artisanal miners donated approximately 60 million F CFA worth of supplies to support development. This included 300 tonnes of cement, two tricycles, and fuel vouchers for the Faso Mêbo initiative. Additionally, they provided a new ambulance valued at 20 million F CFA to the Ouahigouya Regional University Hospital (CHUR) to bolster healthcare services.

In Tenkodogo, the Bel-Air group donated two tonnes of cement to the Faso Mêbo initiative to assist with urban beautification and infrastructure construction. The group stated their contribution was a response to the call for civic engagement by President Ibrahim Traoré.
