Various municipal and regional infrastructure projects are underway across Poland. In Koszalin, the Municipal Economy Enterprise signed a 301.3 million PLN contract with AB Industry to construct a thermal waste-to-energy plant. The facility, scheduled for completion by June 2029, will process 30,000 tons of waste annually to produce heat and electricity.

In Żukowo, a contract was signed with Makurat Invest for a new water treatment station in Barniewice to bolster the local water supply. Additionally, the municipality will construct an Orlik sports complex in Banino, valued at approximately 3 million PLN, with completion expected by July 2027.

Other regional developments include the planned renovation of the Bydgoszcz Death Valley monument by 2027, the modernization of historic tenement houses on Kolumba Street in Szczecin, and a 22 million PLN investment in residential building renovations in Katowice's Szopienice district. In Busko-Zdrój, construction has begun on a new gymnasium at the Technical and Informatics School, which will also include a shelter for 300 people, expected to be ready by December 2026.
