Bybit enables US stock and ETF trading via USDC

Bybit has launched a new service allowing eligible users to trade over 1,000 US-listed stocks and ETFs using the stablecoin USDC. This expansion aims to integrate traditional equities with digital asset trading on a single multi-asset platform.

Unlike synthetic or tokenized products, this service provides users with an economic interest in the underlying securities. The trading is facilitated through a partnership with Alpaca Securities LLC, which handles execution, clearing, settlement, and custody. The service is managed via Infra Capital Limited, an introducing broker regulated by the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius.

Supported assets include major companies such as Apple, NVIDIA, Tesla, and Micron Technology, as well as the Invesco QQQ ETF. Users can also benefit from fractional shares and receive cash dividends, which are converted into USDC. Access is restricted to permitted jurisdictions; users in the United States, mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Canada, the European Economic Area, India, Mauritius, and the UAE are excluded.
