BYD signs official automotive partnership with Paris Saint‑Germain

Chinese electric‑vehicle maker BYD announced a three‑year agreement to become the official automotive partner of Paris Saint‑Germain, running until June 2029. Under the deal BYD will supply BYD and Denza hybrid and electric vehicles for the club’s daily operations and support a series of global marketing campaigns, fan activations and exclusive content featuring both the men’s and women’s teams.

Stella Li, vice‑president of BYD, said the partnership aims to “inspire fans worldwide and promote a more innovative and sustainable future.” PSG chief revenue officer Richard Heaselgrave added that the collaboration will “engage millions of supporters through creativity, innovation and exceptional experiences.”

The agreement follows BYD’s earlier partnership with Manchester City, a £5 million‑plus annual deal that included jersey branding and stadium advertising. By contrast, the PSG contract focuses on vehicle provision and broader international activations rather than kit sponsorship.
