Bydgoszcz launches public consultation on citywide general plan

From 9 June to 6 July 2026, the city of Bydgoszcz will hold a public consultation on its new General Plan, the primary document that will set land‑use policies for the entire municipality. Residents can submit comments to the mayor using a paper form, email (sekretariat@mpu.bydgoszcz.pl) or the e‑delivery box AE:PL‑29826‑24658‑AFITI‑20.

An open meeting is scheduled for 18 June 2026 at 17:00 in the Młynów Rother building on Mennica 10, and the city's design office will be available for in‑person consultations on six specified dates in June and early July at the Municipal Urban Planning Office on Grudziądzka 9‑15.

The General Plan will replace the current spatial study, define permissible functions for each area, and serve as the legal basis for detailed zoning plans and building‑permit decisions once adopted by the city council.
