Cagepa launches debt negotiation campaign in Paraíba

The Companhia de Águas e Esgotos da Paraíba (Cagepa) has launched the seventh edition of its “Fique em Dia com a Cagepa” campaign. Running until November 30, 2026, the initiative aims to facilitate debt regularization for residential, commercial, and industrial customers.

The campaign offers significant incentives, including up to 100% discounts on interest and fines for late payments, and up to 90% discounts on fines related to irregularities such as water theft or illegal connections. Customers can also opt to pay their debts in up to 60 installments.

Cagepa officials stated that the goal is to exceed 140,000 negotiations. To increase accessibility, the company is providing various service channels to allow customers to consult debts and negotiate without needing to visit a physical service unit.
