Calgary announces 2026 summer music festival lineup
The Calgary Folk Music Festival will return in July 2026 as a four‑day event in Prince Island Park. CKUA will host a dedicated tent and stage featuring Canadian and international artists such as The Pairs, Kazdoura, Derek Miller, Mary Gauthier, Sam Amidon, and CKUA’s own Kate Stevens. Live broadcasts of select performances will also be offered on CKUA.
In August 2026, the city will host the two‑day Chasing Summer Festival, an EDM rave at the Max Bell Centre on August 1‑2. Headliners include Armin van Buuren, Fisher and REZZ, with additional acts such as Elderbrook, Troyboi, Two Friends and Hybrid Minds. Tickets start at $145 for a single day and $235 for a weekend pass, and the event is restricted to attendees 18 years of age and older.
