Calgary Folk Music Festival 2026 showcases eclectic acts across three days

The Calgary Folk Music Festival ran from July 23‑26 2026 at Prince’s Island Park, featuring more than 65 artists on several stages—including the ATB Main Stage and the National Stage—alongside collaborative workshops, an arts market and a wide array of food vendors.

Day 1 opened with Canadian singer‑songwriter Julian Taylor, followed by Calgary‑born folk musician L.T. Leif and Ivorian reggae star Tiken Jah Fakoly. On the third night, the lineup highlighted country‑pop artist Lola Kirke, folk guitarist Madison Cunningham and Toronto‑based band The Free Label, each delivering standout performances that drew enthusiastic crowds.
