California Court Keeps Tom Sandoval’s Restraining Order in Force

A California judge ruled on July 16 that the temporary restraining order filed by reality‑TV star Tom Sandoval against his former partner Victoria Lee Robinson will remain in effect while the case proceeds. The hearing, conducted virtually, saw neither Sandoval nor Robinson’s father, J. Will Robinson, appear in person, and both parties experienced technical difficulties joining the session.

The court scheduled further hearings for August 13‑14. Robinson asked to retrieve personal items from the couple’s former residence, and Sandoval’s attorney said this could be accommodated. Sandoval alleges that Robinson and her father assaulted him during a June dispute, while Robinson’s request for a restraining order against Sandoval was denied. Both sides’ lawyers indicated they need additional time to gather evidence, including video footage slated for later presentation.
