Tom Sandoval restraining order dispute continues

Overview

The conflict began on June 3, 2024 when former reality‑TV star Tom Sandoval was filmed fighting with his ex‑girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson and her father J. Will Robinson at a Los Angeles rental. Sandoval obtained a temporary domestic‑violence restraining order on June 25, 2024, forcing the Robinsons to stay at least 100 yards away and prohibiting them from possessing firearms. The order also required them to vacate the residence immediately.

Robinson’s father filed a counter‑order alleging severe injuries—including a broken thumb, fractured elbow, herniated disc and a heel wound—after Sandoval allegedly shoved him into a lit fire pit. The court upheld the move‑out requirement and the firearm ban.

On June 28, 2026 Robinson was arrested on an intimate‑partner‑battery charge after allegedly punching Sandoval in the face, causing blurred vision. A new temporary restraining order again required her and her father to leave the shared rental.

A Los Angeles Superior Court judge denied Robinson’s request for a temporary restraining order against Sandoval on July 6, 2026, citing Sandoval’s existing order. The matter proceeded to a virtual hearing on July 16, 2026, where the judge ordered that Sandoval’s restraining order remain in force while the case continues. Technical difficulties prevented in‑person appearances; Robinson sought to retrieve personal items, which Sandoval’s attorney said could be accommodated. Further hearings were set for August 13‑14.

On August 4, 2026 Sandoval filed a new declaration seeking to extend the restraining order, alleging that during an October 2024 tour stop in Florida Robinson, under the influence of drugs and alcohol, kicked him repeatedly in the groin and hurled insults. He asked the court to prolong the protective measures. Legal proceedings remain ongoing as both parties pursue additional protection orders and related criminal accusations.
