Campania Libri Festival returns to Naples for fifth edition
The fifth edition of the Campania Libri Festival is scheduled to take place in Naples from October 1 to 4, 2026. Hosted primarily at Palazzo Reale, the Biblioteca Nazionale, and the Giardino Romantico, the event features approximately 300 appointments and 130 exhibitors.
Under the theme ‘Jesce sole’, the festival pays tribute to Roberto De Simone and the 50th anniversary of ‘La gatta Cenerentola’. The program emphasizes multidisciplinarity, covering literature, cinema, history, philosophy, and theater. Notable segments include ‘Parole & Immagini’, which explores the relationship between books and film, and various presentations by international authors.
Key participants include Edizioni Melagrana, presenting ‘Restare umani’, and Giannini Editore, which will celebrate its 170th anniversary with the presentation of the volume ‘Futuri’. Other featured works include Antonio Nocera’s ‘Scartelle e Guarattelle’, a limited edition artist's book. The festival is organized by the Fondazione Campania dei Festival and funded by the Campania Region.
