The Convergência Saúde – Integrando Redes e Territórios event was held in Campo Grande to discuss improving the Unified Health System (SUS). The meeting brought together managers, directors, and health professionals to focus on integrating different points of the health network to improve the user experience.

Marcelo Vilela, the Municipal Health Secretary, emphasized that the initiative aims to reduce barriers and ensure continuity of care. The Municipal Health Secretariat (Sesau) plans to identify bottlenecks in the system, including issues with supply, regulation, team composition, and information sharing. To address these, regions will implement the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) method to establish specific goals and deadlines for improvements.
