Campo Grande to hold public hearing on Tiradentes commercial project
The City of Campo Grande, through the Municipal Agency for Environment and Urban Planning (Planurb), has scheduled a public hearing to discuss the Neighborhood Impact Study (EIV) for a large-scale commercial development in the Tiradentes neighborhood.
The project, requested by PROTEFH Empreendimentos Imobiliários Ltda., involves a commercial center with a built area exceeding 5,000 square meters. The proposed site is located at the corner of Avenida Marquês de Pombal and Rua José Nogueira Vieira (Lot 11XD).
The hearing is set for November 10, 2026, at 6:00 PM at the Planurb headquarters. To ensure transparency and social participation, the event will also be broadcast live on Planurb’s Environmental Education YouTube channel. The meeting aims to evaluate the urbanistic and social impacts of the project as part of Administrative Process No. 134233/2026-52.
