Camuzzi limits Tolhuin gas outages to 12 users and launches new regulator station in Cipolletti, Argentina
Camuzzi clarified that only 12 gas customers in Tolhuin have had service suspended for non‑payment, contradicting reports of a widespread outage. The company said the suspensions followed nine prior notifications and that the average debt corresponds to about 11 unpaid bills, roughly a year of consumption. It noted that no payment‑plan requests were made and that assistance schemes exist for vulnerable users.
In Cipolletti, Camuzzi inaugurated a new pressure regulator station, installing nearly 3,000 m of pipeline and over 1,300 m of network. The facility is intended to boost distribution capacity, improve service reliability and support new residential, industrial and urban developments. The ceremony was attended by mayor Rodrigo Buteler, Camuzzi director Hernán Pardo and other company officials.
