Canadian Football League unveils new logo and digital platform
The Canadian Football League (CFL) has introduced a new visual identity and a comprehensive digital ecosystem. The league’s new logo was designed by three Indigenous artists—Chris Mitchell, Christian Kent, and Brooke Jewell—to reflect the diversity of Canada’s Indigenous cultures and promote reconciliation. The design incorporates regional motifs from the East, Central, and West, and features elements inspired by the Turtle Island narrative and the artistic legacy of Norval Morrisseau.
Alongside the rebranding, the CFL launched a redesigned website and mobile app. Built using a framework from theScore Bet, the new app features real-time scores, highlights, and integrated fantasy football capabilities. The digital overhaul also introduces CFL ID for personalized user experiences across platforms and various interactive fan engagement tools.
