Cancún officials launch social assistance operations for vulnerable citizens

Pablo Gutiérrez Fernández, the General Secretary of the Benito Juárez City Council, led a new social assistance operation in Cancún in collaboration with the Municipal Institute Against Addiction (IMCA). The initiative aims to provide direct support, guidance, and comprehensive accompaniment to individuals in vulnerable situations.

Accompanied by IMCA Director Alberto Ortuño, the operation focuses on bringing institutional resources directly to streets and communities. The program provides personalized attention and referrals based on individual needs to help citizens overcome difficult circumstances and find new opportunities.
