Construction has begun on the first Canopy by Hilton hotel in Poland, located in central Warsaw at Wilcza 50/52. The lifestyle-oriented property is scheduled to open in 2027 and will feature 170 rooms, including apartments with private terraces.

The development, designed by APA Wojciechowski, will include a rooftop bar named Banda offering views of the city skyline, three distinct culinary concepts, and approximately 140 square meters of conference and event space. The project also features Canopy Central, an open area intended for work, meetings, and relaxation.
