Hotel developments in Warsaw

Overview

New hospitality projects have commenced in Warsaw, with construction underway for two major international hotel brands.

In September 2026, construction began on the first Canopy by Hilton in Poland. Located at Wilcza 50/52, the 170-room lifestyle property is designed by APA Wojciechowski and is scheduled to open in 2027. The site will feature a rooftop bar, multiple culinary concepts, and dedicated event and coworking spaces.

By October 2026, work also began on the first Polish aparthotel for the Irish-based Staycity Group. This project involves converting the former Salzburg Center office building at Grójecka 5 into a 268-room facility. The development, financed by Santander Bank Polska following the property's acquisition by Solida Capital Europe, is also targeted for a 2027 opening and will include studios, apartments, a gym, and coworking areas.
