Capcom releases Patch 3.2 for Dragon's Dogma 2
Capcom has released Title Update 3.2 for Dragon's Dogma 2 across all platforms, focusing on technical performance, gameplay quality-of-life improvements, and class balancing. The update arrives approximately one month ahead of the Dark Arisen expansion.
Technical enhancements include significant frame rate improvements. On the standard PS5, the performance mode aims for a more consistent 60 FPS, particularly in densely populated areas like Vernworth. On the PS5 Pro, players can experience frame rates exceeding 100 FPS due to improved ray tracing options and updated upscaling approaches. PC players receive expanded graphical settings for volumetric fog, reflections, ray tracing, and grass, alongside a new visual indicator for graphics memory usage.
Gameplay updates include the introduction of three separate save slots, each maintaining its own autosave and manual save data. Character customization has been expanded by increasing the number of equippable skills from four to six. Additionally, the update introduces combat indicators for enemy grab opportunities, interface filters for equipment, and improved material visibility for upgrades. Class balancing adjustments have also been implemented across nearly all vocations.
