Capgemini, the IT and BPO services provider, has renewed its tenancy for 8,400 m² of office space in the Business Garden complex in Wrocław, citing the location’s quality and transport links as key factors.
CTP has launched construction of its first investment in southern Hungary, building a 66,000 m² industrial‑logistics park in Pecz. The first phase will deliver a 14,200 m² build‑to‑suit building, fully pre‑let, with A+ energy class and BREEAM Excellent certification.
