Capgemini extends Wrocław lease amid wave of commercial‑real‑estate expansions in Poland and Hungary

Capgemini, the IT and BPO services provider, has renewed its tenancy for 8,400 m² of office space in the Business Garden complex in Wrocław, citing the location’s quality and transport links as key factors.

CTP has launched construction of its first investment in southern Hungary, building a 66,000 m² industrial‑logistics park in Pecz. The first phase will deliver a 14,200 m² build‑to‑suit building, fully pre‑let, with A+ energy class and BREEAM Excellent certification.

LCP Poland opened its fourth M Park, a 2,600 m² shopping centre in Nasielsk. Tenants include Pepco, CCC, Rossmann and Martes Sport. The site features electric‑vehicle chargers and is seeking BREEAM Very Good certification.

C&F, a global technology‑consulting firm, will occupy about 1,900 m² of modern office space in Warsaw’s Konstruktorska Business Center. The building holds a BREEAM Very Good rating and hosts several international tenants.
