The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has ordered the sealing of marketing and site offices for the Itifaq Residencia housing scheme located on Simly Dam Link Road in Islamabad. The authority determined that the project was operating without a required Layout Plan or a No Objection Certificate (NOC), rendering its development and land use unauthorized.

Following previous notices issued in 2025 and 2026 to halt unauthorized marketing and transactions, the CDA moved to seal offices used by sponsors, consultants, real estate agents, and contractors. Additionally, the authority has directed relevant departments to begin the demolition and removal of unauthorized structures at the site.
