Carlos Alcaraz predicted to win multiple Grand Slams by 2027

Tennis coach Rick Macci has predicted that Carlos Alcaraz will secure at least two, and potentially three, Grand Slam titles by 2027. Macci, who previously coached Serena Williams, highlighted Alcaraz’s mental fortitude and ability to find an extra gear when facing adversity.

These comments follow speculation regarding Juan Carlos Ferrero, Alcaraz’s former coach, returning to the circuit to coach another player. Macci suggested that if Ferrero were to coach Alcaraz’s rival, Jannik Sinner, it would actually benefit Alcaraz by providing additional motivation and strengthening his mental resolve.

Alcaraz recently competed in the US Open following a recovery from a wrist injury. Despite a marathon quarterfinal loss to Ben Shelton, Alcaraz noted that his primary goal in New York was to test his physical response and enjoy returning to professional competition.
