Carlos Tevez plans farewell match at La Bombonera

Former footballer Carlos Tevez has received authorization from Boca Juniors president Juan Román Riquelme to organize a farewell match at La Bombonera stadium. The event is tentatively planned for late December, potentially on Sunday, December 20, following the conclusion of Boca Juniors' official season.

A central goal of the event is to bring Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo together on the same team for the first time in their careers. Tevez, who played with Ronaldo at Manchester United and with Messi for the Argentine national team, intends to invite both players personally.

The proposed match would feature an international stars' combination against a squad composed of Boca Juniors' 2003 world champion players. Other potential participants mentioned include figures such as Sergio Agüero, Javier Mascherano, Ángel Di María, Gianluigi Buffon, and Wayne Rooney.
