Carmen Serdán Rural Normal School faces hazing allegations
A parent has reported alleged hazing and physical aggression at the Carmen Serdán Rural Normal School in Teteles de Ávila Castillo, Puebla. Víctor Manuel González Nieto, a father from Oaxaca, used video footage to denounce practices that he claims jeopardize the physical integrity of students.
According to the report, González Nieto observed students receiving physical aggression after accompanying his daughter, Shirley Daniela González Sánchez, to the institution to begin her studies in Early Childhood Education. The father further alleged that when students realized they were being watched, they threw stones at him to prevent him from recording the incidents.
In response to these events, González Nieto has appealed to the Governor of Puebla, Alejandro Armenta, requesting assistance to remove his daughter from the institution due to safety concerns.
