Casa Navàs restores historic tower in Reus

The Casa Navàs in Reus has completed the reconstruction of its iconic tower, an architectural element designed by Lluís Domènech i Montaner. The tower was originally destroyed in 1938 during the Spanish Civil War when it was hit by bombs.

The restoration project was driven by MaserGrup, the owner of Casa Navàs, and involved Tous Arquitectes and the construction firm Constècnia. The reconstruction aims to partially restore the building's original Modernist appearance as it stood in the early 20th century.

A public event titled ‘El retorn d’un símbol: Reus torna a tocar el cel’ is scheduled for the official inauguration on November 12 at 8:00 PM in Plaça del Mercadal.
