Catamarca Municipality grants 17 property deeds to Altos de Choya residents

The Municipality of the Capital, led by Mayor Gustavo Saadi, has completed a new round of property title adjudications in the Altos de Choya neighborhood. Through a land regularization program, 17 families received definitive property deeds for municipal lands they have occupied for decades.

Municipal prosecutor Juan Carlos Véliz stated that this delivery follows previous distributions of 15 deeds in Altos de Choya and 15 in the Papa Francisco neighborhood. The administration intends to maintain a weekly schedule for these ceremonies as notary protocols are finalized, ensuring the process remains free of charge for families.

Upcoming distributions are planned for the Portal del Norte II and III neighborhoods as part of an ongoing effort to reach more than 200 families in the region.
