Catanzaro hosts presentation of graphic novel ‘Scusa 94’

The graphic novel ‘Scusa 94’, written by Andrea Belcastro and illustrated by Fabio Gaudio, will be presented on Sunday, October 11, at the Ente Fiera Colosimo in Catanzaro. Published by Le Pecore Nere, the work explores preadolescence and the nostalgia of the 1990s, set against the backdrop of the 1994 World Cup in Calabria.

The event is organized by Nuvola Comics as part of a collaboration with PopCon, a new pop culture festival directed by Sante Mazzei. The presentation will feature a dialogue between Belcastro and Giuseppe Ranieri, a history expert and vice president of the Venti d’Autore association. This initiative aims to strengthen the network of comic book festivals and contemporary language creators within the Calabria region.
