Catanzaro Police transfer irregular migrant to Caltanissetta CPR

The Catanzaro Police Headquarters has identified an irregular foreign citizen with an extensive criminal history and ordered his transfer to the Repatriation Center (CPR) in Caltanissetta. The individual was located through monitoring activities conducted by the Immigration Office aimed at enforcing public security and immigration laws.

Investigations revealed that the man has several final convictions for various offenses, including aggravated theft, extortion, resistance to public officials, drug possession and trafficking, receiving stolen goods, evasion, aggravated robbery, and illegal possession of weapons. Due to his assessed social danger, the Questore of Catanzaro ordered his detention under Article 14 of the Consolidated Law on Immigration to facilitate his expulsion and repatriation.
