Cateno De Luca launches Sicilian regional election campaign

Cateno De Luca has officially launched his campaign for the 2027 Sicilian regional elections by introducing the first 22 members of his "Governo di Liberazione" (Liberation Government) project. The group includes various local administrators, professionals, and regional representatives, with a strategic focus on securing at least four of the eight seats in the province of Messina.

In Marsala, De Luca's efforts to build a broad coalition have led to political complexities. His movement includes a mix of political identities, such as Gaspare Di Girolamo, a highly voted council member who remains part of the opposition and the UDC while supporting De Luca's candidacy.
