Cádiz CF to propose reverse financial spin-off of Sport City Cádiz

The Board of Directors of Cádiz Club de Fútbol will propose a reverse financial spin-off during the General Meeting scheduled for September 30. This restructuring aims to remove the participation in Sport City Cádiz, S. L. from the assets of Cádiz CF.

The operation is designed to place both companies at the same level within the corporate structure. While Sport City Cádiz will remain part of the same business group as Cádiz CF, it will no longer be a subsidiary, meaning it will no longer directly or indirectly affect the club's financial accounts.

This restructuring will not alter the current ownership structure or the composition of shareholders. Shareholders of Cádiz CF will maintain their exact current position and percentage of participation in the club. However, their participation in Sport City Cádiz will transition from an indirect holding through Cádiz CF to a direct holding in the same proportion as their current club ownership.
