Celebrity Traitors returns for second series on BBC

The second series of the BBC reality competition Celebrity Traitors is set to premiere on October 1, 2026. Hosted by Claudia Winkleman, the show features 21 celebrities competing at Ardross Castle in the Scottish Highlands for a charity prize of up to £100,000.

The contestant lineup includes a diverse group of actors, musicians, and broadcasters such as Michael Sheen, Bella Ramsey, Richard E. Grant, Maya Jama, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Ross Kemp, and Romesh Ranganathan. Some participants, including Sheen and Grant, have noted that their professional acting backgrounds may make them targets of suspicion regarding their ability to deceive others.

This season introduces new elements, including a special titled ‘Traitor or Faithful? Claudia Decides’, which offers insight into the host’s selection process. The series will air twice weekly on BBC One and BBC iPlayer, accompanied by a spin-off podcast, ‘The Celebrity Traitors: Uncloaked’, hosted by Ed Gamble.
