Celina Leão announces plan to deliver 600,000 deeds in Distrito Federal

Celina Leão, the Governor of the Distrito Federal, has announced a plan to restructure the Companhia de Desenvolvimento Habitacional do Distrito Federal (Codhab). The initiative aims to accelerate land regularization processes, with a goal of delivering 600,000 deeds over the next four years.

The proposal includes investing in technology, specifically the implementation of artificial intelligence to digitize and automate manual processes. By using AI to handle repetitive tasks, the governor intends to allow public servants to focus on final reviews and signatures, thereby reducing the time required for document issuance.
