Celta de Vigo manages ten pending transfer operations

Celta de Vigo is approaching the final weeks of the summer transfer window with up to ten pending operations. The club's sporting direction, led by Marco Garcés and Álex Otero, must manage squad adjustments for both the first team and the reserve side before the September 1 deadline.

Key objectives include finding signings across all positions and securing the sale of Ilaix Moriba. The club is seeking a significant sale for Moriba to help offset financial losses exceeding 30 million euros recorded over the last five years.

Additionally, several players are currently outside the plans of first-team coach Claudio Giráldez, including Iván Villar, Manu Fernández, and Matías Vecino. While Villar's departure may be complicated by his contract and status as a team captain, the club has communicated that he is not part of their future plans.
