These funds are earmarked for the ‘Celta360’ project at the Afouteza Sports City. Existing shareholders will have preferential rights to subscribe to new shares at 600 euros each. The club has secured an agreement with a foreign investment fund to acquire any unsubscribed shares to ensure the capital is raised. While the majority shareholder, Grupo Ges, will not participate in this round, the club maintains that current ownership control will not be jeopardized.
