CemAir and Air Europa Ink Interline Deal to Boost Southern Africa Connectivity

CemAir and Air Europa have signed a unilateral interline agreement effective 23 June 2026. The deal lets Air Europa passengers connect onto CemAir’s domestic and regional network across Southern Africa, enabling a single itinerary and streamlined baggage handling.

The partnership gives travelers access to Europe and the Americas via Air Europa’s Madrid hub, strengthening CemAir’s position as a regional partner for international airlines and supporting tourism and business travel. CemAir’s chief commercial officer Shaniel Singh said the agreement “creates additional travel opportunities,” while Air Europa’s Alliances & CX Director Estelle Leray highlighted the seamless access to new Southern African destinations. Bookings under the agreement are available from the signing date.
