Centralny Port Komunikacyjny advances Port Polska infrastructure and land acquisition

Centralny Port Komunikacyjny (CPK) is advancing the Port Polska investment through new infrastructure contracts and land acquisition efforts. Port Polska has signed an agreement with Budimex S.A. for the design, construction, and maintenance of a sewage collector and pumping station. The contract, valued at up to 54.06 million PLN net, involves a 14 km infrastructure system designed to manage wastewater during construction and serve the airport facilities once operational. The system will discharge into the municipal network in Żyrardów.

Simultaneously, CPK is progressing with the acquisition of land for the planned eastern transport hub. Through a voluntary purchase program, the company has secured declarations for approximately 40 percent of the required land, covering 85.2 hectares across 101 plots. Property owners who voluntarily surrender their land within 30 days of receiving a location decision notice may receive an additional 5 percent compensation above the standard valuation.
