Cerignola celebrates patronal festivities with high security and community turnout
The patronal festivities of Maria SS. di Ripalta in Cerignola have concluded, marked by high levels of community participation and organized security. Claudio Dilernia, city commissioner for Puglia Popolare, expressed satisfaction with the event, which culminated in a concert by Sal Da Vinci in Piazza Duomo.
Dilernia highlighted the absence of significant microcrime during the large-scale event, attributing the success to the coordinated efforts of the State Police, Carabinieri, Guardia di Finanza, Local Police, Civil Protection, and private security operators. He also noted the positive economic impact on local businesses, including restaurants, bars, and B&Bs.
